Refund & Return Policy – Tipsy Brew

At Tipsy Brew, all products are freshly curated and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and return policy.


1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
  • This is due to the perishable nature of the product.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered

To request a replacement/refund:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Order Cancellation

  • Once the order is processed, cancellation is not possible

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
